TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

By sending an email to the Firm via a “mailto” link available on the Website, or by accessing or using the Website, any person (hereinafter the “User”) declares and warrants that they have previously read the terms of use of the Website, namely the legal information, the privacy policy and these terms and conditions of use, and that they accept their terms without reservation, modification or restriction. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Website is the exclusive intellectual property of the Firm. The Website and its content are protected by French law and international conventions relating to copyright.

Users are authorized only to display the Website on the screen of their personal computer and to temporarily reproduce the files composing it in the cache memory of that computer solely for the purpose of facilitating consultation of the Website.

PRIVACY POLICY AND PERSONAL DATA

In accordance with Article 22 of French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties (the “Data Protection Act”), as amended, it is specified that the email address and any other personal data voluntarily included by a user to identify themselves in an email sent to the Firm, as well as IP (Internet Protocol) addresses relating to their Internet connection, are the only personal data likely to be collected via the Website and processed by the Firm (hereinafter the “Personal Data”). By using the Website, each User accepts the collection and use of their Personal Data as described in this privacy policy.

The Firm is the data controller for the processing of Personal Data. The email address and any other personal data included by the User in their email for identification purposes are collected via the Website through a “mailto” link, which enables Users of the Website to send emails to the Firm or its members. Such data is retained and used solely for the purpose of responding to emails sent to the Firm and its members.

In accordance with the Data Protection Act, each User has the right to access their personal data, to request its rectification or erasure, to object to the processing of their Personal Data, and to benefit from a right to data portability.
