Pascale GIRARD
Pascale acts predominantly in merger and acquisition and capital market transactions.
She is a co-founder of Villey Girard Grolleaud. She has been a partner for four years with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, after having been an associate at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton for six years (New York and Paris offices).
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998 and New York Bar in 2000, Pascale Girard holds a DESS-DJCE in business law and taxation and a DEA in international private law from the Panthéon-Assas University – Paris II. She is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and Harvard Law School (LLM).
Frédéric GRILLIER
Frédéric's practice covers public and private M&A transactions as well as joint-ventures. He also advises investment funds on leveraged acquisitions and capital investment transactions.
Frédéric was previously a corporate partner within the Paris office of Herbert Smith Freehills, which he joined in 2002 after having been an associate in the Paris and New York Offices of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
Frédéric Grillier is a graduate of the Paris Faculty of Law and of the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University (Philadelphia, USA).
Yann GROLLEAUD
Yann acts predominantly in tax aspects on local and international transactions.
He is a co-founder of Villey Girard Grolleaud. He has been a partner for four years with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, of which he headed the tax practice between 2006 and 2012, after having been an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP for four years. He started his career at Arthur Andersen International.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998, Yann Grolleaud holds a DESS-DJCE in business law and taxation from the Robert Schuman University of Strasbourg.
Daniel VILLEY
Daniel acts predominantly in corporate law and securities. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, as well as on judicial or arbitral litigations relating to such transactions.
He is a co-founder of Villey Girard Grolleaud. He has been a partner for six years with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, which he joined in November 2000. In 2004/2005, he was seconded to New York at Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997, Daniel Villey holds a Master of Law in Civil and Commercial Obligations of the University René Descartes Paris V.

Aurélie DAMAGGIO
Aurélie acts predominantly in business law and in particular on public and private mergers and acquisitions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2022, Aurélie joined the firm after a first experience in the private equity department of a French law firm. She holds a Master's degree in Business Law (Master 2 Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise) from the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole and a Specialized Master's degree (Mastère Spécialisé Juriste Manager International) from EM Lyon Business School.
Louise DELIE
Louise Delie acts predominantly in business law, in particular on mergers and acquisitions as well as on litigations relating to these transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2020, Louise holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law (Master 2 Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise) from the University of Cergy-Pontoise.
Marina DEMEURE
Marina’s practice focuses on business law and securities law, with a particular emphasis on merger & acquisition transactions. She also acts in the field of litigation related to these areas. Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Marina joined the firm after an initial experience within the mergers & acquisitions department of a French law firm.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
Loïc PIPAUD
Loïc handles tax aspects of transactions (public and private merger and acquisitions, private equity) as well as management packages, tax audits and litigations. Admitted to the Paris Bas in 2022, Loïc joined the firm after a first experience in the Luxembourg office of a British law firm and in the tax department of a French law firm.
He is a graduate of Emlyon Business School (major in corporate finance) and of the Paris Dauphine University (Master in Corporate Tax Law).
Alexandre REIGNIER
Alexandre’s practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions as well as capital markets transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019 and New York Bar in 2020, Alexandre joined the firm after a first experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions in the Paris office of an American law firm. He holds a Master’s degree (Master 2 DJCE) in Business Law from the University of Nancy II and a Master of Law (LLM) from the New York University (USA).
Constance TESSIER
Constance acts predominantly in business law, in particular on mergers and acquisitions.
Admitted to the Paris bar in 2021, Constance holds a Diploma in Legal Studies from the University of Oxford, a Master’s Degree in business law and management and a Master in Management Degree from ESSEC Business School.
Office manager
Véronique BRINGER
Véronique is the office manager of the firm.
She is in charge of administrative aspects as well general organization of the firm: secretariat, accounting, invoicing, general services, communication and follow-up on recruitment.
Previously an assistant at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, Véronique has been working with the founding partners for over ten years and has been with the firm since its creation in 2013.
