Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998 and New York Bar in 2000, Pascale Girard holds a DESS-DJCE in business law and taxation and a DEA in international private law from the Panthéon-Assas University – Paris II. She is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris and Harvard Law School (LLM).
Frédéric's practice covers public and private M&A transactions as well as joint-ventures. He also advises investment funds on leveraged acquisitions and capital investment transactions.

Yann acts predominantly in tax aspects on local and international transactions.
He is a co-founder of Villey Girard Grolleaud. He has been a partner for four years with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, of which he headed the tax practice between 2006 and 2012, after having been an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP for four years. He started his career at Arthur Andersen International.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998, Yann Grolleaud holds a DESS-DJCE in business law and taxation from the Robert Schuman University of Strasbourg.
Louis-Marie is a specialist in the judicial and arbitration aspects of corporate, financial and long-term investment disputes and in criminal business law. He works primarily on behalf of listed companies and their executives as well as for French and foreign financial institutions.
Louis-Marie's skills also include the drafting of certain complex contracts (such as "fiducie-gestion", the French equivalent of trusts).
In 2009, after beginning his career with French and international firms, he joined the Paris office of the New York law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he was appointed counsel in June 2015. He joined Villey Girard Grolleaud as partner on 1 January 2017.
Louis-Marie is also a lecturer on banking and financial regulation law at the Institut d’études politiques de Paris.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003, Louis-Marie Pillebout holds a DEA in international private law and a magistère in business law from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University – Paris I. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law (LLM in comparative law).
Daniel acts predominantly in corporate law and securities. He focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, as well as on judicial or arbitral litigations relating to such transactions.
He is a co-founder of Villey Girard Grolleaud. He has been a partner for six years with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, which he joined in November 2000. In 2004/2005, he was seconded to New York at Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997, Daniel Villey holds a Master of Law in Civil and Commercial Obligations of the University René Descartes Paris V.
Julien specializes in mergers and acquisitions, on public and private companies, venture capital transactions and in securities law. He also advises public companies on governance matters.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2011, Julien holds a DJCE in business law from the Nancy II University.
Julien has been associate at the firm Bredin Prat for seven years. He joined Villey Girard Grolleaud as counsel in 2019
Diana specializes in litigation related to civil and commercial contract enforcement as well as to post-acquisitions and shareholder disputes.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, Diana holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law and Commercial Litigation from the Paris X University.
She joined Villey Girard Grolleaud in 2019, following a four year experience at Veil Jourde and a second experience in a English law firm.
Adélaïde acts dominantly in business law and securities law. She works on capital markets transactions and advises public companies on governance matters.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Adélaïde joined the firm after a first experience in Capital Markets in the London and Paris offices of a French law firm. She holds a Master's degree in Business Law (Master 2 Droit des Affaires - Ingénierie des sociétés et Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d'Entreprise) from the University of Aix-Marseille
Hugo handles tax aspects of transactions (M&A and private equity) as well as management packages, tax audits and litigations.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, Hugo is a graduate of the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas (Master 2 Droit des affaires et fiscalité) and of the University Paris Dauphine (Master 1 Droit des affaires, Licence Droit-Gestion). He holds a Certificate in Private Law and Economics from the University of Yale, in partnership with Assas and ESSEC.
Mirela’s practice focuses on corporate and financial transactions, with particular emphasis on mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, Mirela holds a Master’s degree in Business and Tax Law from the Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University. Prior to joining Villey Girard Grolleaud, Mirela was an associate in the Paris office of an American law firm.
Alexandre’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2019, Alexandre holds a Master 2 DJCE from the University of Nancy II and a Master of Law (LLM) from the New York University (USA).
He joined Villey Girard Grolleaud in 2020 after a first experience in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets in the Paris office of an American law firm.
Thibault acts predominantly in respect of merger and acquisition, restructuring and private equity transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, he holds a Master’s degree in business law (specialized in accounting and finance) from the Catholic University of Lille in partnership with EDHEC Business School and is a graduate of the Jean Moulin University - Lyon 3.
Véronique is the office manager of the firm.
She is in charge of administrative aspects as well general organization of the firm: secretariat, accounting, invoicing, general services, communication and follow-up on recruitment.
Previously an assistant at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, Véronique has been working with the founding partners for over ten years and has been with the firm since its creation in 2013.
