He has been a partner for four years with Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, of which he headed the tax practice between 2006 and 2012, after having been an associate at Shearman & Sterling LLP for four years. He started his career at Arthur Andersen International.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1998, Yann Grolleaud holds a DESS-DJCE in business law and taxation from the Robert Schuman University of Strasbourg.
Louis-Marie is a specialist in the judicial and arbitration aspects of corporate, financial and long-term investment disputes and in criminal business law. He works primarily on behalf of listed companies and their executives as well as for French and foreign financial institutions.
In 2009, after beginning his career with French and international firms, he joined the Paris office of the New York law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he was appointed counsel in June 2015. He joined Villey Girard Grolleaud as partner on 1 January 2017.
Louis-Marie is also a lecturer on banking and financial regulation law at the Institut d’études politiques de Paris.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2003, Louis-Marie Pillebout holds a DEA in international private law and a magistère in business law from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University – Paris I. He is a graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law (LLM in comparative law).

Julien specializes in mergers and acquisitions, on public and private companies, venture capital transactions and in securities law. He also advises public companies on governance matters.

Léopold acts predominantly in respect of mergers and acquisitions transactions (for listed and non-listed companies), as well as corporate governance.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2016, Léopold holds postgraduate degrees in international and European business law from the University of Lorraine (Master 2 Juriste d’Affaires Européen and Magistère Juriste d’Affaires International et Européen) and a postgraduate degree in criminal financial law from the University of Cergy-Pontoise (Master 2 Droit Pénal Financier).
Adélaïde L’Henaff acts dominantly in business law and securities law. She works on capital markets transactions and advises public companies on governance matters.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2018, Adélaïde joined the firm after a first experience in Capital Markets in the London and Paris offices of a French law firm. Pierre-Alain mainly advises on corporate litigation cases relating to shareholders disputes, acquisitions disputes and directors' liability, as well as on financial, commercial and civil litigation cases, both in judicial and arbitration matters.

Thibault acts predominantly in respect of merger and acquisition, restructuring and private equity transactions.
Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2017, he holds a Master’s degree in business law (specialized in accounting and finance) from the Catholic University of Lille in partnership with EDHEC Business School and is a graduate of the Jean Moulin University - Lyon 3.
Véronique is the office manager of the firm.
She is in charge of administrative aspects as well general organization of the firm: secretariat, accounting, invoicing, general services, communication and follow-up on recruitment.
Previously an assistant at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, Véronique has been working with the founding partners for over ten years and has been with the firm since its creation in 2013.
